Jenny
Status: Female Bobcat - Released
Age: 4 year(s), 0 month(s)
Jenny came to us on 10/07/09 and was brought to us by a private individual who found it in the wild.
Each year, we get at least one baby in that is dubbed our "Miracle baby". This year, that honor goes to our Jenny. She is a precious little girl who arrived in TERRIBLE condition. All we know is that she had likely been hit by a car as she had been found in the side of a road and picked up by some caring people who had the intelligence to know that she needed specialized care if she was to have a chance of survival. After spending over a day trying to find the right place to take her, the family who found her delivered he to us here at NBRR.[...]

It's always baby season with bobcats! Here, in Texas, they breed year round. As the babies continue to pour in, the food, baby formula, and vaccines flood out. This year will mark over 400 bobcats through our facility since our doors opened in 2008, with a guarantee of many more to come. With our rapidly growing reputation, these cats are coming to us from all over the United States. Some of them are on the verge of death or gravely injured, while others just in a temporary shelter for assistance with relocation due to frightened misguided people who are trapping And removing them from their homes. One of our main objects at NBRR is to provide the general public with education about bobcats and why they have moved into our cities. Before deciding to remove a bobcat from your property, please contact NBRR for advice and assistance with your situation
Please help us! Become a bobcat hero and make a one time donation, monthly donation or provide us with supplies from our wish list. All money and supplies go to the upkeep of these animals from the time they get here until the time they are released and are all tax deductible. Please consider us when trying to decide which charities you will donate to this year. Take a moment to browse our photo gallery or one of the many profiles we've made for some of our most honored guests while you decide.
Thank You,
NBRR Staff
