Surrendering a Bobcat to NBRR:

Is it a bobcat?

Not sure if you have a bobcat in your back yard? Identifying a bobcat (especially a bobkitten!) can be very difficult. Check out our identifying a bobcat page to see if you have a bobcat on your hands.

A Special "Thanks!" to our Heros

All of us at NBRR would like to to give a very special thanks to the following individuals and buisnesses that help keep us going. Without you we wouldn't be as effective at helping these wayward cats get healthy and back to the wild again were they belong. Thanks very much for your continued support in being a hero to these cats and giving them a second chance at life.

Heroic Partners

Partners are the most important part of our funding mechanism. These are individuals, organizations, or businesses willing to make an endowment, gift, set up a trust or sponsorship, or other type of substantial donation to aid in the operation of this facility.

Currently, NBRR is seeking substantial donations to purchase the 11 wooded acres our facility operates off of either through a sponsor willing to purchase it for us, or lease it back to us at little to no cost.

The donations in this category will cover staff salaries, overhead and operations, and growth of the center as well as continuing education.

We cannot operate without the commitment of others who believe in our program and support our efforts to change this industry, and turn it into something that truly makes an environmental difference!

Heroic Corporation

NBRR is currently seeking corporate sponsors (individuals, businesses, or organizations) to contribute $25,000 in a single year's time, or make a muti-year annual commitment.

Right now, NBRR is attempting to purchase the property that our facility operates off of. To continue operations, we must find sponsors to assist us with this goal. If you would like to provide a tax deductable donation to help us achieve our goal, please donate today!

Industry Hero

NBRR classifies industry heroes as any individual, business or organization willing to donate funds, services, supplies, or materials in any amount over $10,000. These donations go towards actual operations of the facility. These sponsors keep the center running.

Art Deck-O

Supplied wood, man hours, and other materials to help build new enclosures. Thank you.

Steve's Nursery in Greenville, TX

Donated all of the plants for the "critter cuisine" garden, helping cut our feed costs nearly in half! We planted watermelons, cantaloupe, grapes, and a variety of other fruits and berries with their help and advice. Thank you.

True Tech

Created a beautiful (and much needed) pond for the WCCR turtle garden. Thank you.

Grand Hero

The Grand Hero, a true friend of the NBRR, is a very special thing. Of course, we have lots of friends in the truest sense of the word! But for the purpose of expressing immense gratitude, a friend of NBRR is an individual, organization, or business that contributes a minimum of $5,000 in a single year's time.

These monies are earmarked to guide animals on their journey back to the wild. This money helps pay for vet bills (surgeries, medications, and other non-donated items), and to assist in the purchase of feed, and the pounds of formula that must be purchased annually.

10% of the monies generated from this fund will be enrolled into a grant program that NBRR is developing to be made available to any rehabber in the Northeast Texas area. We eventually hope to generate enough funds in this category to create several grants for individual rehabbers.

Currently, there is NO funding for this type of work, and this grant program will provide welcome aid to individual rehabbers working out of their own homes, and their own pocket books. This grant program is being developed as one of the ways to help support the infrastructure of wildlife rehabilitation in this region as written in our mission statement.
